Off topic.. again

I recently had to use an online rsvp vendor for a Mac related event, and I couldn't find a good one. Eventually I came across Online RSVPs who have a really great service in this sector. Check them out if you're in need of such things.

New Anime Blogs

I found some cool anime blogs while looking around. One is being posted to banananime.chibineko.org.

New OSX

OSX 10.4, Tiger, has been released. Aside from CoreImage and other backend changes, the two most noticable new features are Spotlight (searching your entire system via metadata) and Dashboard. Check out Ars Technica's review of it, it's definitely the best review around.

Off topic

If you live in the mississauga/brampton area (Southern Ontario), you should check out Toshi's. Ok, end of that. A few small things were added, but e-mail has been down for god knows how long, so sorry if you sent something and I didn't reply. I've also been considering starting a forum. Who knows..

Chibineko.org is the place to look for the top current mac os x articles. We also have a wide variety of tips and tricks to help your os x experience be smoother, better, and quicker. We also have a small section dedicated to overlap applications and general information on other platforms in the tips section. Be sure to visit it.

Content added

Articles and tips now have content. Be sure to check them out. For people who know nothing about OS X, or users who are looking for more general information about it (history, creation, versions, etc..), please check out article one. It should be noted that most tips and articles are aimed at 10.3 Panther release, not at Jaguar or Puma or any of the previous releases. As well, although I've tested Tiger a bit in beta, I probably won't add any tips for it until it goes gold.

Welcome to chibineko.org. Chibineko.org is almost up and running. You will find lots of Apple MacOSX information here when it is working. This means panther news/tips, tiger news/tips, and perhaps even some windows stuff! Check back soon.
